They have really surprised me on how well they work. I was having real trouble with arthritis in my right hand and carpal tunnel but after wearing my gloves to bed and around the house my hand is feeling so much better. I have been thinking of ordering another pair to have on hand.

Very comfortable gloves. Keep my cold natured hands warm. I ordered the small and they’re not too snug, but do provide a mild level of pressure. I also ordered the performance gloves and they are quite snug so I only can able to wear them in certain situations. I spend a lot of time at my computer, so the bamboo ones are perfect for typing and being able to use my fingers easily.

I measured for a size M and was sent a small. The small one fits very well and is not too tight. I might try an extra-small next time. The gloves work. I wonder if a smaller/tighter pair would be even better.

The gloves are warm and not too constricting. I was given a special offer of the hand exercises and is worth every penny! It is much cheaper than any PT prescribed by the doctor and can be done in the comfort of your home. After doing 5 days of the exercises, I have noticed a difference in my morning stiffness. I love my onecompress gloves ! I have the onecompress knee sleeve which have helped eleviate my knee pain! So I thought I’d try the gloves. This cold weather makes my joints hurt especially on my thumbs. I put the gloves on and my hands are warm and helps with the pain . Although I ordered size small I should have ordered the extra small. But that’s okay ! I still love them !

Wearing them at night caused momentary stiffness in the morning but wearing them while I played my flute was really helpful and comfortable.
